Y2 S3 W1

And so begins the second year of nursing school.
NICUNurse asked me about my first week back.
I promptly replied “It felt like standing underneath a rock slide.”
And thus ends summer break.

The week started out fast and sped up from there.

Semester 2.Final

Done and in the books.
Just waiting on the grade to be posted.
Clinical final eval is 0830 Tuesday.
Followed by a busy Wednesday of Black Banding rehearsal and the school tea.
This is the school’s 115th year! Wow
On an additional note….I was so busy with project work and final prep that it didn’t even dawn on me [...]

Final Exam Prep

Spending a good deal of time studying for the final coming up on Monday.

Some insights about birth plans:

Group projects will be the death of me.
How do you get people to pull their weight and do an equitable effort in a group project?
Particularly when only 20% of the grade is individual and they count on the rest of you to pull the ride for them?
Ugh
</end whining>
Any suggestions on evoking participation or how [...]
